Portrait of Marquell

Marquell

Meet Marquell, Aggies for Limbs very first recipient! We were so happy to be able to help bring Marquell back on his feet after 5 months of being unable to walk. When given the opportunity to walk again he took full strides with no hesitation. Seeing his determination brought so much joy to our hearts and inspired us to take the same approach in other areas of our own lives. We look forward to hearing about all of the advances he will make in the days to come!

Portrait of Santos

Meet Santos, Aggies for Limbs third Angel. She was so excited to get her prosthetic that she wanted to sleep in it! Now that Santos has her new prosthetic leg, she is able to get her GED and become a teachers assistant.

Portrait of Roman

Roman

Meet Roman, one of our inspiring Angels! As a double amputee, Roman has shown incredible determination throughout his rehabilitation journey. His positive attitude and dedication during physical therapy sessions, where he practices walking with parallel bars, demonstrates the remarkable resilience of the human spirit. We are honored to be part of his journey and to help him regain his mobility through prosthetic care.

Jorge is our Spring 2019 recipient. He was a double amputee, one above the knee and one below the knee. Due to complications with his amputation, he now has two above the knee amputations. We were able to provide another prosthetic after that surgery during the Fall of 2020.

Portrait of Cleto

Cleto

Cleto was a below the knee amputee. He received his new prothesis in June 2022. We are so glad that we were able to help him take the next steps in his life both literally and figuratively.
